When I started posting penis enlargement (PE) content I weighed over three hundred and sixty pounds, which is mental when I think about it sometimes. But, I’m happy to report through the use of Keto and better living I dropped down to three hundred and twenty. But, success can be a weird thing because while my weight did stagnant after a while, I stopped doing what was working. Now I must state that when it comes to herbs and vitamins I’m by no means a medical professional and all evidence may be anecdotal. But, with my work schedule, I’ve been feeling rather lethargic and my overall sex drive has been down because when you’re tired when the thoughts of being in bed come to mind. They’re usually about sleeping and not about humping and pumping your partner full of cum. I’m not a fan of medications so I made this herbal energy concoction that is also beneficial to your health and PE. It looks like a mountain of herbs but in reality, it’s more of the protein powder and Stevia that I use for taste.

1. Yohimbe 450mg

Is used for the treatment of ED by increasing flow and it’s also a common herb used in fat burners.

The dosage of Yohimbe can vary depending on different factors like how your body reacts to it and what effects you’re looking for. But hey, before you start taking Yohimbe or any new supplement, it’s super important to talk to a healthcare pro. They’ll give you the lowdown on the right dosage for you based on your health and what you need.

Usually, Yohimbe comes in these extract thingies, and they usually have around 5-20 milligrams of yohimbine (that’s the active stuff) per dose. But remember, Yohimbe can be strong, so starting with a low dose and slowly increasing it (if needed) while being supervised by a doc is the way to go.

You’ll notice there’s a common theme to what I take. Plus I realize I’ve been a bit addicted to Bang Energy drinks lately, they give you a quick boost but I feel more lethargic afterward and it’s a vicious cycle. In reality, this and caffeine are all you need without the added sugars and chemicals for energy support. The reason I use Stevia is that the maca root does have an earthy taste and may be hard to get used to for some people. You don’t have to remove the powders from the capsules as I did. But I wanted them to get into my system as fast as possible.
