Extra Position
Wrapping the penis over your wrist and pulling down applies more pressure to the shaft in the downward direction.
I find that the most useful of these positions are the two where you are hooking the penis underneath your leg on either side because you can leverage your thigh and apply a lot of tension.
You can also do an over-the-wrist stretch to apply an extra bit of tension in the downward position. Remember that causing penis growth is much the same as causing muscle growth, so you have to be consistent whilst shocking the muscle in different ways to keep it growing.
You can also use this exercise to correct the direction in which your penis bends, so for example if it naturally points up and to the left when erect (because the ligament is shorter on that side), spend twice as much time in the position that stretches down and to the right and you’ll gradually make your penis point straighter by lengthening the shorter ligament.
